Job summary

ALCON SINGAPORE MANUFACTURING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Associate, QC Labs- Analytical Science & Technology to plan and establish robust laboratory systems supporting product lifecycles.

You will drive compliance, quality objectives and continuous improvement for QC workflows with emphasis on laboratory testing assets and systems. The role requires 1-3 years of pharma/med device experience, GMP knowledge, and ability to lead small to mid-size projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical/medical device QC environments with GMP knowledge.
• Ability to qualify, maintain, troubleshoot and decommission lab equipment and systems.
• Experience leading small to medium projects in a GMP setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and establish robust laboratory systems for product/method lifecycles.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards, including non-conformances and CAPA.
• Coordinate calibration, maintenance and operation of laboratory equipment and systems.
