Job summary

P-Con Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior / QC Associate to support laboratory and project-related quality control activities within a GMP-regulated environment.

The role offers exposure to method validation, laboratory operations, quality systems, and cross-functional project work. You will collaborate with Quality Control, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and technical teams to ensure testing activities and deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Control, analytical laboratory, or testing environment.
• Familiarity with laboratory documentation practices and data integrity requirements.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and effective communication in a GMP context.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing of materials and finished products per approved methods.
• Manage sample receipt, labelling, storage, tracking and disposal with integrity.
• Support method development, verification, validation and transfer activities.
• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments; coordinate vendor service as needed.
• Participate in investigations, deviations, CAPA, and root-cause analysis.
