The role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of activities, handling logistics for devices, and maintaining accurate metadata and documentation. Strong English communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in coordination, training, or similar roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of the local language is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Availability to support onboarding and operational activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local participants involved in the project.
• Support onboarding processes, including communication and guidance for new participants.
• Assist with scheduling sessions and ensuring timely participation.
• Support device logistics and procurement when required.
