Job summary

ZE-CRUIT-X is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner on a completely flexible freelance basis in Singapore. You will source and manage your own clients and candidates, handle screening, interviews, and work pass processing with minimal supervision.

You may also have the opportunity to start your own recruitment agency venture leveraging ZE-CRUIT-X’s 16 years of experience across healthcare, construction, processing, and food industries.

Qualifications

• CEI Basic or KAH certification is mandatory for processing work passes.
• Experience in healthcare, construction, processing or food industries is advantageous.
• Experience with migrant domestic helper workflows and embassy documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage clients and candidates in a freelance setup.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Process work passes and embassy documentation for placements.
• Maintain records and ensure timely recruitment targets are met.
• Communicate with candidates and clients via messaging tools and email.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision to hit deadlines.
• Support recruitment across multiple industries as needed.
