Job summary

The role involves evaluating driver behaviour data, sizing opportunities, and participating in cross-functional projects to drive improved performance and regulatory readiness in a Singapore-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and hypothesis testing
• Ability to interrogate data to surface trends and opportunities
• Strong understanding of business drivers and impact measurement

Responsibilities

• Own business problems from definition through to implementation, structuring the analysis and testing your hypothesis along the way
• Interrogate operational and driver behaviour data to surface trends, size opportunities, and translate insights into initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Track the competitive and regulatory landscape, including competitor moves, pricing and incentive strategies, and regulatory developments, and translate what you find into recommendations for the business
• Build the analytical case behind decisions: opportunity sizing, unit economics, scenario modelling, and post-implementation review of outcomes
• Develop deep knowledge of the industry and the driver journey to refine value propositions
• Lead acquisition and retention initiatives by forming the hypothesis, designing the campaign, measuring results, and iterating
• Work in cross-functional teams to deliver projects from ideation through implementation, influencing stakeholders
• Run day-to-day supply-side operations across driver onboarding, support and compliance to a high standard of efficiency and quality
• Ensure operational readiness for new features, policies and programmes, including regulatory operations and documentation
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders through proactive follow-ups and ongoing support
