Job summary

Bank of China Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced SGS Trader to provide market making in SGS and related derivatives, while managing risk and supporting trading strategies. The role requires strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with a team to deliver timely client quotes.

The candidate should have solid SGD fixed income knowledge, including hedging products, and familiarity with China Onshore fixed income or FX trading would be a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in SGS trading.
• Good knowledge of SGD fixed income markets, including hedging products.
• Strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent team player and work well with others.
• Knowledge of and/or market-making experience in China Onshore fixed income and/or FX trading would be a plus.

Job Requirements:

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin so to communicate with Chinese speaking clients or HQ staff
