Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 0–3 years’ experience in derivatives sales, trading, or institutional coverage.
• Understanding of TRS, options, and structured notes.
• CMFAS RES 2A license (or willing to obtain).
• Proficient in Bloomberg and front-to-back trade flow.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Programming skills or relevant experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute equity derivative trades (TRS, options, structured notes) accurately and timely.
• Manage the full trade lifecycle – KYC, credit checks, ISDA/MCA/CSA to settlement and valuation.
• Monitor client portfolios, margin requirements and credit exposure; conduct risk reviews.
• Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support senior team members in product development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Collaborate with China head office and regional teams for cross-selling opportunities.

The Role

We are looking for a highlymotivated Sales Trader to join us, focusing oncross-border equity derivatives and structured products(TRS,options, structured notes) for institutional clients. You will work closely with our China head office and regional teams to drive client coverage, tradeexecution, and business growth across multiple asset classes.

What You'll Do

• Execute equity derivative trades (including TRS, options, and structured notes) accurately and timely, ensuring full compliance with MAS regulations and internal policies.
• Manage the full trade lifecycle – from KYC, credit checks, and legal documentation (ISDA/MCA /CSA) to post-trade settlement and valuation.
• Monitor client portfolios, margin requirements, and credit exposure; conduct periodic risk reviews.
• Liaise between clients and internal teams (Trading, Risk, Ops, Compliance) to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support senior team members in product development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Collaborate with China head office and regional sales teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and market intelligence

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 0–3 years’ experience in derivatives sales, trading, or institutional coverage
