Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. One-North studio focused on strength training for women, with a strong emphasis on coaching quality, community and long-term member development.

You will be managing studio operations, team leadership, sales, customer experience and business growth. Join a dynamic team where you will manage daily operations, lead the studio team, oversee member experience, drive membership sales and monitor KPIs to grow the business, while maintaining high standards of service and studio

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in team leadership or studio management.
• Recognised Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor certification preferred. Certification in Strength & Conditioning, Functional Training and/or CPR & AED adds value.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations and smooth running of the studio.
• Lead, motivate and manage the studio team.
• Oversee customer/member experience and build strong member relationships.
• Drive membership sales, revenue and studio growth.
• Monitor business KPIs and performance.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to attract new members.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and studio presentation.
• Work closely with coaches to ensure quality fitness programmes and member experience.
• Handle staffing, scheduling and operational matters.
• Build a strong community around the amber brand.
• Identify opportunities to improve studio performance and member retention.
