Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking a friendly Fitness Club guest services associate to warmly welcome guests, promote wellness programs, assist with Personal Trainers, and ensure an exceptional luxury experience.

You will handle bookings, provide refreshments, perform cashiering in accordance with SOP, maintain a pristine gym and locker areas, coordinate with Laundry for towels, and support the team during peak hours while adhering to OneMBS values and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Secondary education is preferred.
• Experience in customer services or hospitality is advantageous.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Able to work shifts including public holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and bid farewell on departure.
• Ensure guests are welcomed promptly and professionally with eye contact and a smile.
• Engage with guests at the Fitness Club to promote services and facilities.
• Provide refreshments, drinks and towels as needed.
• Assist guests in connecting with Personal Trainers and wellness services.
• Respond to guest feedback and take timely actions to enhance experience.
• Coordinate with Laundry for towel/linen collection and delivery.
• Guide guests on basic operations of cardio and strength equipment.
• Open and close the Fitness Club according to operating hours.
