Job summary

GOALRISE FITNESS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Fitness Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure a high‑quality member experience.

You will develop fitness programs, manage budgets and class schedules, monitor service quality, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while driving member engagement and revenue growth across the facility. You will recruit and train instructors, implement promotions, track KPIs, and liaise with landlords and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall daily operations of the fitness center.
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate fitness instructors and operational staff.
• Develop and implement fitness programs, personal-training packages, group classes, and member-engagement activities.
• Ensure that fitness programs are suitable for members' needs and aligned with current industry practices.
• Monitor membership enrolment, retention, customer feedback, and service quality.
• Handle member inquiries, complaints, and service-related matters professionally.
• Develop marketing and promotional initiatives to attract new members and increase revenue.
• Prepare operational budgets, monitor expenditure, and review the financial performance of the fitness center.
• Maintain proper records of memberships, payments, class schedules, staff attendance, and operational activities.
• Ensure all gym equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and safe for use.
• Implement workplace safety, hygiene, emergency-response, and risk-management procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Singapore regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
• Liaise with landlords, vendors, equipment suppliers, trainers, and other business partners.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management.
• Support the business expansion and long-term development of the fitness center.
