Minimum 15 years of progressive risk management experience in banking/financial services.

Responsibilities

Lead and enhance the risk management framework for SA operations within UOB.
Identify, assess, monitor, and report material risks across credit, market, operational, liquidity, and reputational risk.
Develop and apply quantitative and qualitative risk assessment methodologies and tools.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and group risk policies and standards.
Mentor and lead a team of risk professionals to foster a strong risk culture.
Provide strategic risk insights to senior management and committees.
