Job summary

Sunningdale Tech Ltd is seeking a QA Inspector to perform First Article Inspections on新 tools and parts. You will verify dimensions and functions against drawings, generate FAIR reports, and work with other departments to resolve issues.

The role requires GD&T proficiency, experience with CMM/VMM, and solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint. This position is based in Singapore with full-time hours in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in First Article Inspection (FAI).
• Read, interpret and understand engineering drawings with GD&T knowledge.
• Proficient with CMM, VMM and common inspection equipment.
• Familiar with quality inspection methods and reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) for parts from new projects and tooling.
• Measure dimensions and functions per drawings and specs.
• Compile and record FAIR reports for customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve FAI issues.
• Develop and maintain measurement instructions for new parts.
