Job summary

NTS Components Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented QA Inspector to perform dimensional inspections on sheet metal, machined, and fabricated components. You will interpret drawings and GD&T要, operate CMM/FARO equipment, and generate inspection reports.

Responsibilities include FAIR creation, dimensional layouts, NCR initiation, and maintaining calibration and quality records in a strict manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and prints.
• Strong GD&T knowledge per ASME Y14.5.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, FAIR and final dimensional inspections.
• Operate CMM and FARO devices for dimensional verification.
• Prepare and maintain FAIRs and dimensional layouts.
• Record results and maintain quality documentation.
• Identify non-conforming material and raise NCRs.
