Evolution Recruitment Solutions PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic recruitment professional to join our FinTech-focused technology practice. You will manage clients, grow the technology search function, and consult with C-Level executives to understand and fulfill recruitment needs.

You’ll build strong relationships, develop marketing campaigns, and contribute to team targets while enjoying an attractive commission structure and clear career progression in a meritocratic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in IT Recruitment preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales, Business Development preferred.
• Strong track record in sales, networking and/or business development.
• Passion for FinTech/Technology.
• Desire to succeed and build a career.

Responsibilities

• Manage clients in FinTech space.
• Grow the Technology search function identifying, attracting, and consulting with candidates.
• Build relationships with C-Level clients and consult to understand recruitment needs.
• Manage full recruitment process including opportunity realization, qualification, talent identification, candidate representation, interview preparation, salary/contract negotiation.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
• Represent Evolution brand professionally in the market.
• Attend industry events to stay ahead of technology trends.
• Develop direct and indirect marketing campaigns to increase personal brand.
