Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd is seeking a QA professional in Singapore for a 1-year contract (subject to extension/conversion).

The role focuses on monitoring software development quality, planning test plans, and managing QA testing to ensure the product meets end-user requirements. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Business and 2–4 years of experience in Financial Services, Fintech, or Govtech, with a must-have emphasis on E2E cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Business preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Financial Services or Fintech / Govtech.
• Experience in running End-to-End (E2E) cycle is a must.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the software development process to ensure design quality and adherence to standards.
• Plan QA test plan including coverage of test cases.
• Manage and run QA testing and analysis to ensure product quality meets end-user requirements and highlight defects before release.
• Create test cases (min 100+).
• Deliver quality service to internal stakeholders and be meticulous in testing to meet quality requirements.
• Anticipate problems in the development process and address them.
• Articulate innovative solutions to address problems and prevent re-occurrence.
