Job summary

Reap, a global fintech company, seeks a qualified accounting professional to own end-to-end financial reporting for a designated business line. You will manage month-end close, reconciliations, and variance analysis while ensuring IFRS-compliant revenue recognition and cost allocation across multi-currency flows.

Ideal candidates have CPA or equivalent certification with 4–7 years of experience, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with ERP systems and data warehouses.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent with 4–7 years in accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong IFRS technical accounting knowledge and ability to apply standards to complex transactions.
• Proficiency in SQL and handling large datasets across systems; capable of building queries.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial reporting for a designated business line, from transaction capture to month-end close and management reporting.
• Lead monthly close process including journal entry prep, reconciliations, variance analysis, and balance sheet substantiation.
• Develop and automate reporting workflows; improve speed and reliability of close cycles.
