Job summary

Reap, a global fintech, is seeking a CPA-qualified senior financial reporting professional to own end-to-end reporting for a designated business line. You will translate raw transaction data into accurate financials for leadership and auditors.

You will drive the monthly close, build reconciliations, and automate reporting using SQL and data tools, ensuring IFRS compliance across multi-currency flows and stablecoin settlements. Collaboration with product, engineering, and FP&A is essential.

Qualifications

• CPA (or equivalent) qualified with 4–7 years in accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong IFRS technical accounting knowledge and ability to apply standards.
• Proficiency in SQL and handling large datasets across systems.
• Experience with ERP systems and month-end close processes.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with clear written English communication.
• Ability to work autonomously and own outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial reporting for a designated business line from capture to month-end close.
• Drive monthly close including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain reconciliations between source data and the general ledger.
• Develop and automate reporting workflows using SQL and data tools.
• Ensure IFRS-compliant revenue recognition and cost allocation for multi-currency and stablecoins.
• Prepare management reports with insights on performance and variances vs forecast.
• Support external audits and regulatory requests with PwC standards.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, FP&A to align reporting with business changes.
• Strengthen internal controls and SOPs for reporting processes.
