Job summary

Reap is seeking a senior finance leader to own the group reporting and consolidation function across entities. You will guide the team, establish policy, and ensure accurate, audit-ready results under IFRS. This role sits at the center of multi-jurisdiction reporting in a fintech environment.

You will drive the close calendar, automate processes, and deliver consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow with clear leadership and cross-timezone collaboration.

Qualifications

• Qualified CPA or equivalent with 7–10+ years in financial reporting and consolidation.
• Strong IFRS knowledge with ability to set policy for the group.
• Experience mentoring finance team members and leading multi-entity reporting.
• Hands-on consolidation including intercompany eliminations and currency translation.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, SQL, and data-driven reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate group reporting and consolidation across entities and lines.
• Manage and develop the finance team responsible for line reporting.
• Own group consolidation workpapers and intercompany eliminations.
• Drive month-end/quarter-end close calendar and improve cycle times.
• Ensure consistent reporting policies and multi-currency treatment across jurisdictions.
• Design improvements to automate consolidation and reconciliation processes.
• Prepare consolidated management reports and provide variance insights.
