Career Zoom Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead financial planning, reporting and business partnering across entities and products in a fast-growing cross-border payments group.

You will own budgeting, forecasting and investor updates, build reliable datasets, and guide leadership on margin improvements. You will manage a team, partner across Finance, Commercial and Tech, automate net revenue reporting, and drive data-led decisions to support expansion into new markets and

Qualificações

• 8–12 years FP&A, management reporting or commercial finance experience, including team leadership.
• Experience leading planning, forecasting and business partnering across entities and lines of business.
• Fintech industry experience in payments or cross-border payments is highly preferred.
• Strong financial modelling, revenue and unit economics analysis, and advanced Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools and data-led reporting automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own monthly management and board reporting for revenue, costs, margins and key metrics; explain variances vs budget and forecast.
• Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts and scenario analysis; define assumptions and ownership, with variance follow-up.
• Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Treasury and Operations on pricing, new rails and incentives.
• Run deep dives on profitability and commercial performance; drive actions to improve margins and resource allocation.
• Develop and automate reporting datasets and dashboards with BI and data teams; ensure data quality and reconciliations.
• Support auditor and investor reporting exercises.
