Job summary

StraitsX is seeking a detail-oriented Account Onboarding Associate to deliver a smooth onboarding experience for our clients in the digital assets and payments space. You will be the primary contact throughout the onboarding journey, coordinating with Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Account Operations to gather documentation and activate accounts.

You will look for ways to streamline processes, maintain accuracy and compliance, and measure performance against SLAs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in banking, financial services, fintech, payments, or Web3 onboarding.
• Strong commitment to delivering an excellent client experience with the ability to manage expectations and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across teams and with clients.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding cases while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Data-driven approach to monitoring performance, bottlenecks, and productivity improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms; HubSpot is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout onboarding, ensuring a seamless activation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Account Operations to gather documentation and communicate requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding activities in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding workflows and reduce turnaround times.
• Track onboarding metrics, maintain records, and monitor SLAs.
• Gather client feedback and work with teams to improve processes, systems, and products.
