Airwallex is seeking a Fincrime Operations Senior Manager for our GC and SEA region, based in Singapore. You will lead our first-line financial crime investigations, drive TM risk assessment, rule tuning, segmentation, and profiling to safeguard customers while enabling seamless access to Airwallex products.

You’ll apply AML/CTF knowledge, manage a cross-functional team, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enforce compliance and improve monitoring standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the relevant field.
• 5+ years of compliance experience in transaction monitoring / financial crime management / AML investigations.
• AICB, CAMS or CFE certifications strongly preferred.
• Process-oriented with meticulous attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication.
• Fintech experience strongly preferred.
• Proven data-driven decision making using analytics.
