Job summary

Airwallex in Singapore is seeking a Fincrime Ops Senior Manager for GC and SEA to lead our first-line financial crime operations team. This role focuses on transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, risk assessment, rule tuning, and profiling to protect customers and the company.

You will manage a team of analysts, collaborate with governance and product teams, and ensure timely investigations, high-quality decisions, and compliance with local and global policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the relevant field.
• 5+ years of compliance experience in transaction monitoring/AML.
• CAMS or CFE certifications strongly preferred.
• Fintech experience strongly preferred.
• Proven data-driven decision making and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the first-line financial crime operations team for GC and SEA.
• Drive TM risk assessment, rule tuning, segmentation, and profiling.
• Manage SLAs and stakeholder relationships to meet goals.
• Conduct investigations on suspicious transactions and ensure policy adherence.
• Lead and inspire a team of transaction monitoring analysts, including remote members.
