Job summary

HR-Pro Recruitment Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Finance & Client Services professional to support the Financing Bank's FCS function, handling agency, transaction management, KYC, and client services for loans and cash management.

You will work with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure efficient transaction execution, data accuracy and compliance, while contributing to process improvements and automation projects using Excel macros.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Banking & Finance; 2–3 years in Banking/Middle Office.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel and macros.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Support cash transactions, client services and KYC processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal controls.
• Assist in data management and process automation initiatives.
• Coordinate with back office for transactions and invoicing.
• Participate in TOM development and cross-functional projects.
