Job summary

NEON is seeking a Finance Manager based in Singapore to act as a proactive business partner, delivering timely and accurate financial information to support critical decisions. You will coordinate budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting while driving margin improvements and strategic initiatives.

The role requires Chartered Accountant or accounting degree with 7+ years of commercial and audit experience, strong technical skills, and a track record in automation and process simplification.

FINANCE MANAGER (Role based in Singapore)

Key responsibilities include:

• Be a proactive Finance business partner to drive results by using timely, accurate and business relevant information to support critical decision making


• Partner with the business head(s) for events exhibitions and the ancillary business, to prepare project actuals and forecast PL and cashflow, ensure timely collections and reconciliations, analyse business performance and strategy. Manage, prepare, and analyse budgets, actuals, forecasts, and assist in monthly management reporting and financial modelling for BU and Group Corporate


• Develop initiatives and policies to improve financial growth and cost optimization


• Drive process improvements, systems implementation, and ad-hoc projects


• Ensures internal controls in place are adequate and in compliance with all corporate governance requirements


• Ad-hoc tasks and duties as required

You will be a great match if you have the following qualifications/experience:

• Chartered Accountant and/or Degree holder in Accountancy with 7+ years commercial and audit experience, with excellent business/commercial acumen, and management experience.


• Experience in accounting, process reviews and internal controls, FP&A, business partnering, and general Finance


• Takes pride in accuracy and possess strong technical skills


• Resilient, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Strong track record of automation and process simplification and improvement


• Ability to work independently to drive optimal processes and outcomes


• All-rounded skillsets and experience will be a plus.
