Job summary

SURE Financial Group is seeking to expand its insurance-based businesses in Asia and Middle East markets, with Singapore as a base. The role targets building partnerships and developing new markets across Asia Pacific, backed by a structured training program and lead generation.

AIA Singapore products are part of the portfolio. This is a full-time opportunity with a commission-based structure and a 2-year monthly allowance up to S$12,000 on top of commissions, to establish a foundation for

Looking at your past experience and expertise we've chanced upon My Careers Future, we know Insurance-based Financial Services is not an area of consideration. Nonetheless, after going through your portfolio, we feel that with the character you've built over the course of your career, we can develop insurance-based businesses in Asia and Middle Eastern markets, especially in UAE as an AIA Financial Services Consultant with SURE.

Together with your structured organizational mindset, anything is possible. For starters, we have just started venturing into Myanmar and Vietnam with Singapore Health Care and Investment opportunities as a point of interest, and you might be game for it. Let us give you more information about SURE for your consideration before any discussion. SURE is a group made up of 60 plus individual Insurance Agents from eleven nationalities bonded together in a partnership and we are based in Singapore. We carry AIA Singapore Investment, Savings, Insurance and Medical solutions. This is a responsibility that requires our full attention hence it is a full-time career.

If we have a chance to work together, you will be a Partner here in SURE.

We are 100% commission based but for a new Partner like yourself, a monthly allowance will be available for first 2 years that matches your last drawn salary cap at S$12,000.00 on top of commission, as it will take 2 years to create an impenetrable Foundation.

At SURE we believe strongly in force multiplier; we have close working relationship with other businesses and organizations both locally and in the Asia Pacific region. These entities work as our referrals, for example two weeks ago a Philippines partner sent a group of High-Net-Worth individuals to use Singapore medical facilities (arranged by SURE with our local Business Partner Parkway Health). The group at the same time while they are in Singapore opened an insurance account with us too. This eco system will help all parties involved meet their businesses, social needs, and requirements.

Your role is to develop partnership locally and across Asia Pacific; you will need to be licensed as an insurance agent to develop these business collaborations.

We need your participation in:

• Attend 6 months training while performing and meeting your duties
• A pool of clients will be assigned to you to gain experience
• Leads will be provided for you to complete full transactions
• Work in teams for local and overseas projects
• Explore current contacts local and overseas to develop new market
• Complete remaining licensing (Supported by SURE)
