Role Description

This is a full-time Financial Advisor role based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client engagement and some work-from-home flexibility. The Financial Advisor will provide holistic financial advisory services, including assessing client needs, preparing tailored financial plans, and recommending suitable insurance, investment, and retirement solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients, conducting financial reviews, explaining product options, and supporting clients in making informed decisions aligned with their goals and risk profiles. The role also involves ongoing portfolio monitoring, regular follow-ups, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. Advisors will collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and contribute to AIA Singapore’s mission of improving clients’ financial well-being.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to assess client needs and design comprehensive solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Finance and Investments to explain products clearly and support suitable portfolio recommendations.
• Experience or training in Retirement Planning to help clients plan for long-term income and protection needs.
• Relevant academic background in finance, business, economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CMFAS, CFP) are an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work ethically and maintain client confidentiality.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and in team settings within a hybrid work environment.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and continuous professional development.
