Job summary

Finexis Advisory PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable IT liaison to bridge our team and an external vendor.

You will support IT governance, TRM compliance, system enhancements, access controls, stakeholder coordination, and data initiatives to ensure delivery of business requirements. You will gather requirements, document processes, oversee governance, and help users with inquiries via the IT Helpdesk, contributing to improved efficiency, reporting and risk management across the advisory

Qualifications

Degree in Business, IT, IS, CS or Finance.
Professional certs in BA/PM/IT governance/Data analytics preferred.
Experience in business analysis, IT project coordination, UAT.
Knowledge of financial advisory industry and TRM compliance.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison between external vendor and finexis for IT initiatives.
Support TRM compliance and IT governance requirements.
Gather, document, manage and coordinate requirements.
Oversee IT infrastructure governance with in-house vendor.
Provide first-level support to FCs and staff via IT Helpdesk.
Develop and maintain governance policies, procedures, and docs.
Drive data and analytics initiatives to improve reporting.
