RISKDATA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a Finance professional to support the Tech department with budgeting, expense analysis, and reporting.

You will collaborate with Heads of Function to ensure budget adherence and provide actionable insights for decisions. The role involves preparing annual budgets, variance analysis, vendor invoice processing, PO management, and producing regular financial reports.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business or Accounting (preferred).
• Proficiency in Power BI (preferred).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets for Tech and BAU activities with Heads of Function.
• Analyze actual results against budgets to provide variance analysis and insights.
• Track and analyze expenses to ensure budget compliance and identify cost savings.
• Verify and process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payments.
• Manage purchase orders and approve requests from various departments.
• Conduct financial analysis to assess performance and support management decision-making.
• Prepare regular financial reports highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal procurement policies.
• Utilize financial software and tools to analyze data trends and support informed financial decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams to support financial objectives.
• Work independently and collaboratively within the Tech Finance Management Team in a fast-paced environment.
