Job summary

Mondrian Alpha invites a Financial Controller to join its Singapore team, overseeing financial control, management and statutory reporting across regional entities. You will manage month-end/year-end closures, coordinate audits and regulatory filings, and partner with stakeholders to elevate reporting capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with hedge fund or complex financial services experience, combines technical accounting expertise with proactive improvement of processes

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent and strong accounting grounding.
• Experience in financial control within complex financial services (hedge funds or similar).
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close for multiple entities in the region.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and drive automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and wider business to improve controls and processes.
