Job Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of financial management for our projects, ensuring effective cost control and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Develop and implement robust financial control systems to monitor project expenses, forecast costs, and identify potential risks.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of project costs, variances, and profitability, providing accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process with external auditors, including the preparation of audit schedules and financial statements.
  • Review and negotiate claims and change orders, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and minimizing financial impact.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to resolve financial issues and optimize project profitability.
Job Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business, Finance or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' related experience.
  • Proficient in accounting software (ORACLE ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
