Job summary

Longbridge Securities in Singapore seeks a dynamic professional to build and manage our financial news ecosystem, delivering high-impact investment insights and rapid trend responses across global markets.

You will leverage GenAI and new sourcing channels to expand coverage, collaborate with Product and Algorithm teams to refine recommendation logic and user pathways, and drive engagement and conversion while adapting to diverse market windows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in financial content operations, editing, or news curation.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and U.S. equity markets.
• Experience productizing content workflows and using data to influence algorithms.
• Global mindset with familiarity with international audience habits.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to match global market windows.
• Excellent command of English; Chinese language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage our financial news ecosystem, acting as the editorial leads to respond rapidly to trends and deliver high-impact investment insights
• Leverage GenAI and new sourcing channels to expand coverage, increase production speed, and keep our content ahead of the curve
• Collaborate with Product and Algorithm teams to refine recommendation logic, optimize user pathways, and drive key metrics like engagement and conversion
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' in financial content operations, editing, or news curation, with strong knowledge of Hong Kong and U.S. equity markets
• Experience productizing content workflows and using data to influence algorithms and product features
• Global mindset — familiar with international audience habits
• Self-driven, innovative, and agile — you thrive in fast-paced settings and are willing to work flexible hours to match global market windows
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and good command in spoken and written Chinese is preferred
