Job summary

Longbridge Singapore is seeking an experienced Editorial Operations professional to lead our financial news ecosystem. You will respond rapidly to market trends and deliver high-impact investment insights, collaborating with product and algorithm teams to refine recommendations and optimize user engagement.

The role requires 3+ years in financial content operations or editing, strong knowledge of Hong Kong and U.S. equity markets, and the ability to work flexibly to match global market windows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' in financial content operations, editing, or news curation, with strong knowledge of Hong Kong and U.S. equity markets.
• Experience productizing content workflows and using data to influence algorithms and product features.
• Global mindset - familiar with international audience habits.
• Self-driven, innovative, and agile - you thrive in fast-paced settings and are willing to work flexible hours to match global market windows.
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and good command in spoken and written Chinese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage our financial news ecosystem, acting as the editorial leads to respond rapidly to trends and deliver high-impact investment insights
• Leverage GenAI and new sourcing channels to expand coverage, increase production speed, and keep our content ahead of the curve
• Collaborate with Product and Algorithm teams to refine recommendation logic, optimize user pathways, and drive key metrics like engagement and conversion
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
