Job summary

Moët Hennessy Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. seeks a Financial Analyst for Southeast Asia to support FP&A, financial reporting, and business partnering. The role focuses on monthly close, variance analysis, and driving data-driven decision making across markets.

You will work closely with the FP&A Head, finance directors, and marketing, gaining exposure to governance, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives within a luxury brand group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a financial role.
• Strong financial knowledge and data analysis skills.
• Structured thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new tools (AI, Copilot) and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Financial analysis, reporting and business partnering for Southeast Asia (60%).
• System maintenance including SAP/Topaz and knowledge transfer of new tools (PowerBI, ANAPLAN, Qliksense).
• Management reporting and ad-hoc presentations for monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Support execution of Operational Excellence projects and new initiatives.

As the Financial Analyst, you will be the key person to assist the FP&A team in all financial reporting, and to provide financial information to the directors of the Company and shareholders. This role will offer you a solid foundation to grow into FP&A Manager in near future.

This will be a contract position.

How you will contribute…

Financial analysis, reporting and business partnering (60%)

• MH actual closing and Forecast: Perform Southeast Asia financial reporting as required by management. This includes the preparation of monthly key financials, variance analysis, Revenue analysis file, A&P analysis file, etc.
• Monthly A&P tracker: prepare monthly A&P tracking file of each market, coordinate with brand and customer marketing team to predict the YTG in rolling forecast, and lead the monthly presentation to Finance Director and Marketing Director.
• Monthly Overhead analysis: prepare monthly overhead reports of each market,

System maintenance (20%)

• Act as the Controlling Key User in SAP and Topaz and update templates accordingly after OTL change
• Be the contact of the team with maisons, region and consolidation team to ensure smooth communication and advise on potential impact and solution
• Adopt any new system and ensure the knowledge transfer within the team (PowerBI, ANAPLAN, Qliksense), seize any potential automatization opportunity

Management reports (15%)

• Prepare presentation for monthly and quarterly management presentations
• Prepare Ad-hoc presentation and analysis template for business and review purpose

Operation Excellence (5%)

• Manage or support new projects to go beyond the recurring
