You will manage the full client relationship—from needs analysis and planning to policy servicing and portfolio reviews. The role offers structured onboarding, ongoing product training, and a clear career path with strong earning potential through a competitive commission structure and uncapped growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree; finance, business, or related fields preferred.
• CMFAS Modules 5, 8A, 8B, 9, 9A or willingness to obtain within X months of joining.
• Structured training provided; prior advisory or sales experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for individuals and corporate clients across life, health, and general insurance as well as investment-linked products.
• Recommend and structure insurance and wealth solutions aligned to clients' goals, risk profiles, and life stages.
• Build and manage a personal client portfolio through networking, referrals, and market prospecting.
• Maintain long-term client relationships through regular portfolio reviews, policy servicing, and claims support.
• Stay current on product offerings, market trends, and regulatory requirements across insurance and financial planning.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly production and persistency targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure MAS compliance and internal suitability.
