Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a finance professional to manage month-end close, AP/AR, inter-company transactions, and SAP Concur expense claims. You will perform reconciliations, assist audits, and drive process improvements while providing general finance and admin support in our Singapore office.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting month-end closing and financial data review.
• Hands-on experience with AP/AR across multiple entities.
• Familiarity with inter-company transactions and expense allocations.
• Proficient in SAP Concur for staff expense claims.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end closing and prepare financial data for review.
• Perform AP/AR activities and inter-company allocations.
• Process vendor payments and monitor aged receivables.
• Perform reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, corporate cards).
• Assist with audits, compliance, and documentation.
• Support system improvements and expense management tooling.
• Provide general finance and administrative support.
