Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance (functional-transformation) leader responsible for managing end-to-end UAT across finance and cross-functional projects. Competenze

• Degree required in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related field.
• Professional certification such as PMP or ISTQB is a plus.
• SAP or major Finance ERP experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead Finance and cross-functional UAT strategy and delivery from planning to completion.
• Plan test scope, resources, environments, and entry/exit criteria.
• Drive test execution with partner teams, track progress and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain UAT governance and documentation.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Identify and mitigate testing risks and issues.
• Provide regular status updates on risks and readiness.
• Drive execution excellence and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Champion continuous improvement of testing processes.
