Job summary

REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Project Specialist in Singapore to manage Accounts Payable operations and related finance transformation initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in finance project implementation, hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP), strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin to coordinate regional activities. You will support SOX controls and process improvements across countries.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in finance project implementation or process improvement.
• Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for regional coordination.
• Self-motivated with strong priority management and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable operations: processing invoices, reconciliations, and KPI tracking.
• Payment management: manage payments and cash flow forecasts with Treasury.
• Supplier master data management and control enhancements.
• Project management and process improvement across P2P and regional initiatives.
