Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking an experienced Group Finance Transformation & Process Improvement Lead for a 12-month consulting engagement with a fast-growing international financial services group undergoing expansion and transformation.

This role combines strong technical accounting and group consolidation expertise with a transformation mindset, delivering hands-on remediation, consolidation improvements and automation to build a scalable, well-controlled Finance function.

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant Finance experience.
Strong technical accounting fundamentals with hands-on GL and transaction level.
Group consolidation and multi-entity reporting across jurisdictions.
Experience with intercompany accounting and transfer pricing documentation would be advantageous.
Finance transformation, process improvement, internal controls or operating-model enhancement.
Excel-based finance processes; improvements through automation or data solutions.
Exposure to AI-enabled finance transformation and intelligent automation would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on remediation of historical finance records across Group entities.
Investigate and resolve accounting issues; strengthen audit trails.
Establish and enhance the Group consolidation and reporting process.
Standardise consolidation across entities: COA mapping, adjustments, intercompany eliminations and FX.
Review intercompany accounting, related-party transactions and transfer pricing documentation.
Identify recurring accounting and control issues; strengthen controls environment.
Review Excel-intensive processes and explore automation and data workflows.
Explore AI, ML and intelligent automation to improve finance processes.
