Job summary
Visa Hunt is seeking a Senior BI professional with a decade of hands-on experience in Microsoft BI solutions. You will own and drive the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise BI architectures across multiple domains, providing technical leadership and mentoring to the team.
Key responsibilities include end-to-end BI delivery, solution design ownership, and implementing robust CI/CD for BI artefacts within a regulated financial services context.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years hands-on experience in design, development, and maintenance of large-scale Microsoft BI solutions.
- End-to-end BI delivery from requirements to production support across multiple domains.
- Technical lead or senior IC with solution design ownership, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Solid SDLC and Agile/Scrum experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and delivery of end-to-end BI solutions across domains.
- Ownership of solution design, reviews, and mentoring of engineers.
- Lead data architecture and data modelling within MS BI stack and related tools.
- Ensure robust CI/CD and DevOps practices for BI artefacts.
