Job summary

RGP is seeking an Accounting Project Manager for a high-impact transformation role within their finance function in Singapore. The role involves leading finance process improvements and managing cross-functional stakeholders across Singapore and Manila, with regular visits to the Tuas site.

The 12-month contract offers exposure to healthcare & pharmaceutical clients and the opportunity to influence financial strategy at a group level while working in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Strong background in finance or accounting with focus on accounts payable.
• Experience leading finance transformation or process-improvement projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects and stakeholders.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change.
• Analytical, hands-on, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environments is advantageous.
• Regular visits to Tuas manufacturing site required.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance process improvement and transformation initiatives
• Drive an end-to-end review and optimization of payment processing workflows
• Partner with finance and business stakeholders in both Singapore and Manila to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
• Support additional finance transformation projects, including product launch initiatives and other strategic finance programs
• Manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, risks, and deliverables
