Job summary

Income is seeking a Finance Project Management/Business Analyst leader to drive delivery of finance-wide transformation initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvements.

The role focuses on end-to-end project management, governance, and execution across Finance, collaborating with Finance SMEs, IT, and stakeholders to ensure structured delivery and successful implementation of finance projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Business, IT, or related discipline.
• 8+ years in finance, with 3+ years in managing finance projects or teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance project portfolio management across finance-wide initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.
• Manage budgets, timelines, scope, and quality; identify risks and issues and mitigate them.
• Coordinate with Finance SMEs, IT, and vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs.
