Job summary

Income's Finance Team is driving transformation across Regulatory Reporting, Management Reporting, and more. As a Business Analyst, you’ll support the implementation of new finance products, systems, and services for diverse stakeholders.

You will partner with IT, vendors, and Finance teams to prioritize system changes, lead project lifecycles, and continuously improve processes and workflows. A hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ experience in insurance/financial services.
• Business Analyst and Project Management experience in Finance related projects.
• Knowledge and implementation experience in SDLC and agile.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team; influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Represent Finance in discussions with business leaders and IT.
• Represent Finance in New Product Launch implementation.
• Represent Finance in system change prioritization for core and non-core systems.
• Support Finance work streams and stakeholders and participate in Finance projects.
• Work with IT and onshore/offshore vendors to resolve system issues.
• Provide first level support for Finance applications (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP HANA/Fiori, Oracle Hyperion Essbase).
• Coordinate vendor management and service delivery with FN-IT Business Partner; assist in maintenance and renewal tenders.
• Provide budgeting submissions and cost control for Finance applications.
• Lead and manage all aspects of the project management life cycle.
• Continuously look for improvements in system and process flows.
