Job summary

Michael Page International Pte Ltd is seeking an accomplished Finance Leader to oversee corporate finance, FP&A, treasury, tax, risk management and compliance. The role will drive strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to enable informed business decisions and sustainable growth.

The position requires overseeing capital management, investments and M&A evaluation, while leading a finance transformation agenda and SAP finance systems. Strong stakeholder management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead all corporate finance functions including FP&A, treasury, tax, risk management, and compliance.
• Drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support business growth and decision-making.
• Evaluate investment decisions, mergers & acquisitions, and capital structure optimization.
• Oversee SAP finance systems and lead finance transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and financial integrity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of controllers and analysts, fostering high performance and collaboration.
