Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a seasoned Head of Enterprise Controls in Singapore to lead the enterprise controls framework and governance. You will partner with the CEO and management to ensure MAS-aligned controls, risk management, and incident remediation across outsourcing and third-party arrangements.

Responsibilities include setting policies, maintaining the control library, supervising escalation, and driving governance enhancements while upholding accountability and data integrity

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Finance/Law/Risk required or related.
• 10+ years in enterprise controls, risk, audit or regulatory governance.
• Strong understanding of MAS Outsourcing Guidelines and governance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain enterprise controls framework and governance.
• Govern outsourcing arrangements and TPRM; manage risk, performance and incident reporting.
• Own operational controls across sales, servicing, and third-party channels; ensure evidence standards.
• Drive governance uplift with CEO and management; ensure accountability and reporting across the organisation.
