Job summary

EY Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager to join the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) within Financial Services. You will work with insurers and financial institutions on accounting, reporting, and IFRS implementations, delivering finance transformation, FP&A, data analytics and controls improvements.

In this role you will lead project workstreams, collaborate with CFOs and cross-functional teams, and help clients optimise processes while managing regulatory compliance

Qualifications

A degree in accountancy, finance, data/business analytics or an equivalent discipline.
At least 4 years of practical experience in Insurance accounting knowledge.
Strong project management, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptability and the ability to prioritise shifting workloads while building relationships across levels.

Responsibilities

Own project workstreams and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.
Collaborate with CFOs and multidisciplinary teams to drive finance transformation and analytics.
Support FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Assist clients in optimising processes, implementing robust controls, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
