Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Change Management (Finance) for contract engagement. The role focuses on developing change management, communication, and transition plans for finance system implementations to ensure smooth execution and business readiness.

The Lead will collaborate with project teams and business partners to drive stakeholder transformation, promote adoption, and guide transitions including cutover, warranty, and handoff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years related industry experience with demonstrated knowledge of Finance processes, Change Management and Project Management.
• PROSCI Certification a plus
• Background in Finance a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed change management, communication, and transition plans for system implementation projects to ensure seamless execution and business readiness.
• Partner with project teams and cross-functional business partners to foster stakeholder transformation and adoption of solutions.
• Provide guidance through critical project transitions including cutover, warranty, and business handoff.
• Create comprehensive change management strategies for various system implementation projects.
• Conduct detailed change impact analysis.
• Define, plan, and execute plans to support communication and transition activities.
• Demonstrate leadership and influencing skills at all levels.
• Apply project management methodologies and best practices.
• Demonstrate conflict management and facilitation skills.
• Manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.
