Job summary

AIA Company Limited is seeking a role holder to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency within reconciliations, and to assist the manager in reviewing existing processes and proposing improvements. This role focuses on strengthening controls, maintaining accuracy across system outputs, and contributing to the ongoing enhancement of reconciliation frameworks across finance functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Experience supporting finance systems projects in insurance is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency within reconciliations.
Assist the manager in reviewing existing processes and proposing improvements.
Develop effective control framework for reconciliation functions.
Engage finance stakeholders to influence decision makers.
Research best practices and evaluate technical solutions against business requirements.
Quality assurance by reviewing system and testing outputs for accuracy.
Follow up on project-related matters to resolve issues and prevent service interruptions or delays.
Represent the department in CPS.
Review UAT results for product launches.
Review daily system reconciliation results.
