Job summary

CREMER SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Assistant intern to support daily accounting tasks across business units, handle data entry, and learn real-world finance in a dynamic environment.

You will participate in system implementation, assist end-users during UAT, monitor post-go-live performance, and help maintain financial records including AR/AP, SOA, and month-end closings. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, possess basic accounting knowledge, and enjoy problem-solving while

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerBI experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional project team for new system implementation.
• Provide guidance and hands-on support to end-users during UAT.
• Monitor post-go-live performance and support users during stabilization.
• Document key workflows, FAQs, and system procedures for ongoing reference.
• Monitor and verify incoming funds and update daily cash flow (AR/AP).
• Follow up on overdue accounts for payment and update payment due dates.
• Generate and update statements of account (SOA) for overdue accounts.
• Assist in data entry.
• Update balance sheet/profit and loss (BS/PL) spreadsheets after month-end closing.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the HOD.
