Job summary

Durasafe Pte Ltd is seeking an accounting assistant to manage AP/AR for Singapore and overseas subsidiaries, ensuring timely vendor payments and accurate data entry. The role covers day-to-day finance operations and month-end close, with responsibility for cash/bank books and monthly reconciliations.

The ideal candidate holds a LCCI or Diploma in accountancy, has at least 1 year of accounting experience, and can communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of accounting experience.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin for client communication.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for Singapore and overseas subsidiaries.
• Pay vendors promptly and ensure proper data entry for AP/AR invoices.
• Perform day-to-day finance and accounts operations and month-end close.
• Maintain daily cash/bank book and handle Giro/TT payments.
