Job summary

Tripartite Alliance Limited in Singapore seeks a Finance Systems and Data Manager to bridge finance operations, data governance and emerging technologies. You will maintain the integrity, security, and compliance of financial systems and data architecture, including procure-to-pay platforms Tenderboard and Microsoft Business Central.

You will lead system administration, drive automation, strengthen internal controls, manage data governance and AI readiness, and deliver interactive BI dashboards

Qualifications

• Tertiary Education in Finance, Accounting, MIS, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a combined Finance Systems, Financial Audit, or Finance Data Analytics role.
• Good level of administrator-level understanding of Microsoft Business Central would be advantageous.
• Proven track record of managing system implementations, major ERP upgrades, or digital transformation projects would be advantageous.
• Direct experience with automating financial processes or implementing AI/ML-driven finance pilots is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description:

The Finance Systems and Data Manager bridges the gap between core finance operations, data governance and emerging technologies (such as Artificial Intelligence). This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity, security, and compliance of our financial systems and data architecture.

Key Responsibilities & Job Scope

1. Finance Systems Administration & Optimization

• System Ownership: Oversee the administration, configuration, and performance of the procure-to-pay systems (Tenderboard and Microsoft Business Central).
• Integration & Upgrades: Collaborate with IT team and system vendors to scope, test, and deploy financial system upgrades, integrations, and new software applications.
• Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual finance processes using modern workflow automation tools.

2. Internal Controls & Risk Management

• Control Framework Design: Develop, implement, and monitor a robust internal control framework safeguarding financial assets.
• Segregation of Duties: Enforce strict user access controls, system security, and appropriate segregation of duties within all financial applications.
• Audit Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal and external auditors, providing system logs, control documentation, and transaction walkthroughs.

3. Data Governance & AI Readiness

• Data Quality & Architecture: Establish data governance policies, standard schemas, and master data management) rules for financial data.
• AI Data Pipeline Management: Ensure that data fed into predictive forecasting models, generative AI copilots, and machine learning systems is clean, structured, complete, and unbiased.

4. Business Intelligence & Decision Support

• Advanced Reporting: Create interactive dashboards and automated reporting suites that allow leadership to perform real-time variance analysis and predictive simulations.

Job Requirements

• Tertiary Education in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a combined Finance Systems, Financial Audit, or Finance Data Analytics role.
